Now what am I doing wrong?

Now that the system is working, HotSync is backing up everything and the cycle is very long in duration (Tony's 16 MB Upgrade), ending in a Fatal Error. I've deleted the programs indicated prior to Error, only to have the Error stop HotSync at another program.

There's still much more memory left in Internal Memory.

I recall previously that if I wanted to Install a single program, I could configure the system to do just that. BackupBuddy is on board, but I never learned how to use it for short HotSync, although somehow I intuitively got it to help. Palm says the Palm Desktop will restore everything ever entered into the PDA on restore, which it did, but now it won't stop doing that for consequtive HotSyncs.

Any thoughts? Obviously, I'm so overstimulated that my Prism is smarter than I am.
