Question Link Datebook items to other apps?

Is there any way to link a note in a Date Book item to a particular Address listing or Memo Pad item?

If I have an appointment with someone or somewhere, it would be nice to be able to link the appointment to their address listing or other info in that file so I don't have to go into Add Book separately, or retype, or cut and paste from the Add Book into the note in the Date Book entry, especially since you can't just cut and paste an entire address listing in one shot...

This is concidered one of the downfalls of the built-in PIM apps and is why there are quite a few third-party apps that will do this.

One option is the use of a contact manager application that integrates witht he datebook and todo databases such as ActionNames Datebook or DateBk. I happen to use ActionNames, there is plenty of discussion in these forums as to what the best application is.

There may be some other ways to connect appointments using "linking" apps/hacks such as Megawiki, although these tend to be a bit more complicated to set-up initially. I have never gotten MegeWiki to work well for me, but YMMV.

Thanks

Thanks much, flips, for the fast response. I'll look into Action Names.
