This may be a dumb question, but I can't seem to figure out the answer and the User Guide didn't help.

I know you can typed memos using the Palm Desktop software, but how do you hotsync those memos to the Visor? I don't even have an option under the hotsync...customize menu.

Any help you all can give me is appreciated.

I have a conduit for memopad in my hotsycn/custom...
Haven't changed anything from the initial install.

Maybe I need to reinstall the desktop software...any other suggestions?

Mine was automatic - I never had a problem... MAYBE your HotSync "action" is set to "Do nothing". (???)
Check your "HotSync Action" for Memo Pad.
From Palm Desktop menu bar at top:
- Choose "HotSync"
- Choose "Custom"
- Does Memo Pad have an action of "Do nothing"?
(if so, hit "Change" and change the HotSync action to "Synchronize the files".)

Thanks for the help, guys. The problem was I was using Outlook as my PIM. When doing this, it syncs your Outlook NOTES instead of the Palm Desktop MEMOS. Feel kind of silly looking back on it. Maybe someone else can learn from it.
