You should try Handstory. It can read e-books(docs) off your CF card through VFS without the need of a plugin. It can also convert JPG image files and put them on your CF card so you can view images on the road. You have to use Handstory itself to move files to CF card instead of a CF card reader or FAFileMover. Handstory also works as a Memo replacement. I really like it.
