HotSync a POP3 mailbox directly

I'm looking for a way to send and receive email from a POP3 mailbox on HotSync WITHOUT going through Outlook or another mail application on my Windows desktop. The closest I've come is Corsoft Aileron, but I haven't had much success with it's functionality. Any other suggestions?

Take a look at Eudora mail which has an email conduit, plus it's free!.
