 New Prism won/t recognize CF card

Help. HS replaced by Prism this week (broken connector) but when I tried to use my Matchbook and CF card, the screen says "no CF card" Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the FAFileMover software to my new Prism. I have it installed via a hot synch to the new Prism.

If you don't have version 2.0.0, go to Kopsis Engineering and get the latest version.
The manual has been extensively updated and has excellent debugging information.
