As I recall, HHMG also owns VisorCentral and TreoCentral. Is there any updates on the status of these sights?

Actually, the release wasn't phrased that way. PDABuzz was bought outright by CompanionLink and then by HHMG. Peracto was not sold but merely joined a network/consortium for advertising purposes if the release reads honestly (which I've no reason to doubt).
