I still dont have my modem...
I've called them every day... usually the answer was: we're shipping soon...
Now they say: "Well, it was supposed to ship on Friday, but somehow yours is not on the list... we are still looking to see what happened" Of course it's taking them 2 days to figure this out... I then asked, "can you send me another one and if I get two I'll return one?" and they appeared to agree, but I have yet to hear what's going on...
Supposedly there are about 3 others in the same boat... can't they just mail them by hand???
I appreciate the support they are giving, but so far is all talk Of course if they are reading this, they may blacklist me... (Hint: I'd like to have the modem so I can become the #1 cheerleader for the service)
