How do I take screenshots?

I have spent the last little while trying to figure out ways to take screenshots but the most I've found is a shareware program that has its banner at the top of each screenshot and an emulator that requires a wait to receive ROMs. Is there a way to take screenshots of my Visor in action without paying money or using the emulator? Thanks!

Thanks, but that requires PalmOS v3.5 or higher. Do you know any others? I'm on PalmOS 3.1.
