Question 8260 Nokia + cable+ vPR possible?

Is there a way to connect my VPR to my Nokia 8260 to do wireless web surfing? Check email? etc?

I have the 8290 and via a cable, it is impossible. There are no data ports anywhere on the phone for a cable to plug into. The only way around it is via infrared (sucks imo because i'd rather use a cable)

I'm not 100% sure for the 8260, but you may be SOL. I don't believe that there are any data ports on it, but I maybe mistaken.

No can do on an 8260.... it's a TDMA phone and has no support (hardware or otherwise) for wireless web support.

There is a cable for it, but it's for programming/transfer (phone numbers, ringtones, etc.) and supposedly, it's only available in Europe (Nokia has chosen not to make it available to North America).

8290 Pinouts

I believe the 8290 does have pinouts. They're located under the battery. However, I think they can only be used to transfer rings tones/images, not data.
