USing AOL with Visor

I have a Visor Deluxe and a Thinmodem. I downloaded AOL 2.0 for the Palm. When I try to log on with it, the program goes on line, verifies my password, and then freezes when it says it is starting the service. Does anyone else have this problem, and can anyone suggest a solution? I have had no problem connecting to other ISPs with my Visor and thinmodem.

Does it freeze or do you get an error message?

I had trouble at first trying to connect to AOL with my visorphone. It turned out to be a bad access #. I called aol and even though they treated me to the most basic of solutions first they finally helped me find out the problem.

AOL and Visor

When it comes to "starting services," it freezes. I tried it with different access numbers and it does the same thng. I also tried connecting to AOL using these access numbers on a commercial program, "Pocketflash," and had no trouble.
