i just called and my replacement visor is coming, im curious as to what comes with the replacement. Ive heard its a different box, is this true? anything different about the replacement? How exactly do i send it back?

I only got the Visor w/ the original stylus ,hard plastic cover and 2 new batteries. It came in a different box (brown padded cardboard) w/ prepaid Fedx slip for sending the defective unit back. The instruction was to send the defective unit back in that box.
