Crash in Sync DateBook

I use Palm Desktop 3.1H to edit my Date Book for a few month.
One day, after I edit the datebook, I press the sync button on my cradle. But it crashes during synchorization of my datebook in the Desktop. Do you know what is the problem and how to solve it?

Best regards,
Gordon

Are you getting any specific error messages? Also, take a look at the HotSync log (right-click on the HotSync Icon in the Windows tray and select View Log). That might give an indication of what the problem is. Another option is to download and install dbScan from Pimlico Software. You can use it to scan the DateBook database on the Visor for errors.
