Question Direct conduit to expansion memory?

Debated whether to post this here or in "Software..."

I'm wondering if there yet is something available that facilitates moving an app or data directly to the memory expansion board. It is such a pain to have to manage freeing internal RAM by deleting, installing, moving to expansion memory, and re-installing apps and data. It would be such luxury to be able to just install something directly to the expansion module.

I use PilotInstall, which is supposed to be able to do this. I don't have an expansion module yet, so I actually haven't tried it out.

I suspect some of the other non-hotsync install tools will be able to do the same thing too.
