The same thing happened to my wife. Repeated phone calls to Sprint and eventually it was taken care of. Unlimited Vision was on the account but for an unexplained reason, it never made it to billing...Repeated? At least six times - what a joke they were. In my case, I found early on that once I got a decent plan, I would make sure never to give in to any desire to change it.
