Does anybody have an approximate time it takes to hot synch with serial cradle for the Visor? I'm sure it depends on the amount of data you need to transfer, but just want a general time frame. Thanks

Well I think that each persons sync time is going to vary depending on a number of things with a serial cable. Computer processor speed, how many megs you have and how much data you are trying to transfer in addition to whether or not you are on the internet or not. For me @ maybe 15% of the memory's capacity, it takes just 30 secs or so to sync and tranfer a days worth of work to the desktop. Files that I upload, that are zip file and larger in size can take up that much time all by themselves.

Marc - Thanks. I'm expecting my Blue Vdx in the next day or so, and am trying to get a handle on everything prior to its arrival. Hope it lives up to the potential I believe it has!

I'm synching w/ a compaq 266 and downloading about 12 Avantgo channels and it takes me about 1 1/2 minutes.
