I experienced a problem with synching my Visor via the USB port last night. Called tech support this morning. Got through in
less than two minutes. Problem was solved 10 minutes later.

My overall satisfaction with Handspring is still high. (I got my Visor Deluxe in just over two weeks after ordering.)
