Does anyone know if Thinmodem and Thinmodem+ support pulse dialing (as opposed to tone dialing)? Thanks.

Yes, according to the little manual sheet in the thinmodem box. You can go to Preferences,select "Modem," and then at the bottom of the menu you can select either TouchTone or "Rotary"
