Greetings all,
In my ongoing quest to become wireless, I managed to get Bluelight to work as my ISP for my Prism/VisorPhone combo. Now the issue is what to use as my plan for data minutes.
I currently have the VoiceStream Basic Plan for the NYC area for my VisorPhone. I am wondering which option for me is more economical: do I upgrade my plan to the Get More (where I receive 600 minutes a month, plus 2000 weekend minutes) or do I purchase the DataStream 1500 data minutes instead? With the Get More option, I can at least use my leftover minutes for phone time, and only for an additional $20, whereas the DataStream plan leaves me only with data minutes, and with more than I could possibly use for $30 a month.
According to some of the posts I've seen, VoiceStream doesn't bill any differently between voice and data. So maybe its better to buy more voice time and web surf with that?
Any VoiceStream users out there with any suggestions? Are there any significant differences between voice and data minutes? What options do you all use?
Thanks,
