The boss has a Palm V and asked me to research why he cant sync cell #'s w/ act!

Everything else in act seems to sync properly, just not cell phone #'s.

Anyone run into this, know a solution, or point me in the right direction. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thumbs down

The Palm Link supplied with ACT! just doesn't support syncing cell #s. It will sync the "Alt Phone" field. He can always go and move all the cell #s to this field.

I'm not sure why ACT! continues to ignore the lack of features that their palm link supports. I use ACT! on a daily basis and would love it if they would develop a Palm version, not just a link.

You might also check into Intellisync from Pumatech. I think it has the ability to custom map fields.

You might want to give TrueSync a shot. It's free, it has an ACT! accessor, and you can map fields anyway you want. Download it from calendar.yahoo.com
