Ok, I've decided to get a Memplug. However, my main use will be large (as in larger than 8MB) video clips. Is a USB Card reader the only way to install these videos, or does the memplug have something I can use to install large files straight to the memory card? If not, will a USB card reader work on USB with windows 95? Anything else I should know about?

The USB support in Win95 is dismal at best. It's a very flaky implementation so being able to say if a certain peripheral will work is not an easy task.

You're right...plus, I just found out how much it would cost to get the setup I want, even If I sell my 8MB Springboard:
Memplug- $50
32MB SM card - $35
PiDirect - $10
USB Card reader - $35
----------------------
$120, minus about $60 if I sell my springboard...THEN I need to upgrade my OS. I guess I'm not getting.
If you decide to go this route, they do make a parallel version of the card reader, I have one for CF that I use on my NT/95 laptop.

Actually, I did end up getting a Memplug for Smartmedia. Can you give me a link to this reader?
