Synching with Microsoft ActiveSync

I am thinking of buying a Visor Edge. Currently I own a HP Jornada that is WIndows CE based. I would like to use both and synch both with the same computer. Does anyone know if this is possible. If someone has done this how has it worked? Thanks

You shouldn't have much problem syncing both. The catch is that they use two totally different syncing methods. PocketPCs use MS's ActiveSync (as you obviously already know). Palms use the Palm HotSync Manager. Philosophically, they operate totally differently. ActiveSync works by just plugging the device into the cradle. HotSync requires the user to initiate the action. Each approach has its pluses and minuses. So, to keep it short, yes, you should be able to have them both syncing with the same computer. No, the Palm won't use MS's ActiveSync. You'd have to also run HotSync Manager.
