is there any french physician interrested in this product : lecteur de carte visa nomade..?

A Smartcard is basically a credit card with an embedded IC chip. It can be used to store just about any kind of information. They're not too popular in the U.S. but get a fair amount of use over in Europe.

The US Military is using smartcards for a variety of application including:
Medical/Dental records
Military Jacket (Historical file)
and I believe Physical Fintess Records

I'm wondering if this product will be able to read this information. . .probably not if encryption imbedded
