After going through three 45 minute to 1.5 hr phone calls to track my Visor, I screamed with anticipation when the box arrived. However it came minus the serial connection that I had to pay for since I don't have a USB port on my computer. I contacted the company twice and twice they told me "Backordered - it'll come in 7-9 days." It's now 2 weeks and counting....
