ThinkDB Support?
Has anyone here experienced e-mail support from ThinkDB Technologies? I sent them a simple at the middle of last week, and so far, no response. And, I am a registered user. The question was about upgrade pricing from retail to online purchase, since I don't want to pay twice for something I bought at retail. Just seems a bit odd for an otherwise "worthy" group.
