Question

I have yet to be able to sync my new Visor with my usb-only webpc. I keep getting "HotSync Problem" in (titlebar) and "The connection between tour handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again" I have reset the Visor, reinstalled the HotSync 3.0.2hb software, changed USB ports, deleted the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Enum\USB\VID_0000&PID_0000" entry in the registry to make the 'Generic USB hub' reinstall, restarted my pc, etc.- all to no avail.

Handspring seems to have no ideas! Help!
