I should mention that in spite of my first bad experience with the Visor(Graphite), I still love it! In fact my second Visor(Blue)should arrive in a week or two. If I didn't like it, I would have cancelled my remaining orders and told HandSpring to go to hell!

In fact to show you how crazy I am about the Visor, I even ordered another one last night(Orange). I didn't like the graphite as much as I thought I would. It looks kind of cheap and it shows dust very easily against the black. I find myself constantly brushing and polishing the thing. Could be that's why Palm went with Grey for it's cases. Maybe I'll end up selling it on ebay.
