Any ideas about whether (or how) my wife could use her Visor/modem to access her company email? She currently uses her laptop/browser to access the Microsoft Web Outlook site...

I have the same question. My firm uses the same system. I've tried several times using my VDX, a Springport Modem, and three different browsers (AvantGo, Eudora Web, and Proxinet), all without success. I can get to the login screen, but it won't go beyond that.

I checked with the folks at Chapura, and a customer service reply said that Pocket Mirror could not synch with the Outlook Web Service...does your company allow direct dial-in access to the Exchange server?

Exchange Server
I have tried for months to find a solution. We'll there is none. We have an exchange server that uses secure password authorization. I can dial in to my isp and tell multimail what my pop server name is but it will not authorize my username/password. I think I have tried every email client for the palm os. Then I tried to access exchange via the web, again with every web client for the Palm os I could find. When connected, I can't see the long in fields. The only solution I could find was to leave my computer running at work and do a hot sync via modem. I happen to have a phone line and eithernet connection on my work computer.

We tried the Eudora software. Her sys admin suggested a username with domain/user and it worked. Good luck on your solutions.

Tried that.
I tried Eudora. I tried it again using domain/username. Same thing, will not accept the name. Bummed.

You might ask your sys admin what the domain name/username would be for your company. Hers was different than the nomenclature after the @. Ie, hers was wwnorton.com, while her domain/user was WWNNT/user.
Good luck, I know how these things can really frustrate a person.
