This question may have more to do with the Excel portion of the whole setup.
I recently had to input expenses from a trip that involved US and Canadian currencies. When i finally set up the expense report in Excel, there are a series of pop-up windows that guide you along (a wizard of sorts) and on one window, it asks what the conversion is from Canadian to US dollars. So i put in the conversion amount (i tried 1.45 and 0.66). When i created the spreadsheet, under the Exchange column (and i chose for the spreadsheet to calculate the exchange) it still had the exchange for the Canadian dollar at 1.00! I changed it to 0.66 and the total turned out alright, however before changing it i noticed a formula in the cell for the exchange rate. It's an IFTHEN formula and i changed the exchange rate in there...it's obiviously not getting the exchange rate i entered from the wizard.
Has anybody else encountered this or does anybody know how i can correct this so that it does collect the exchange rate i entered during the wizard?
thanks!
