First PDA is a Visor.
I'd like to hook it up to my Siemens S25 mobile phone in UK using wireless infra red connection (and in built GSM phone modem), to check mail, use things like avantgo, send SMS etc.

Could someone provide an idiots guide to doing this please - e.g. what software would work (I tried using GSMTool which others have used on Palm, but it needs enhanced IR software from 3Com which Handpsring advises not to use).

Do I need dialler software, then email software, or what? Any recommendations really appreciated....to avoid days of hard and soft reboots or whatever!

You will need IrLink for Visor to work with other GSM related software. It is in releasing stage but if you like to try it out, please drop me an email to [email protected].
