I need to use my HS modem to access my ISP via a long distance call and want to use my calling card. the card requires a fairly long number string. Any suggestions?

Also, I am trying to use my modem on a phone system that requires the entry of a "9", a pause for the reinstatement of the dial tone, another "9", and then the number. Any suggestions on how to pull that off?

Or are these questions answered in an obvious place that I have overlooked
