I attempted to beam my business card. The visor started to beam and locked up in "searching" mode. The only way I can turn the unit off is to remove a battery - none of the switches work nor does the touch screen. Any ideas?

Pressing the reset button should have gotten you out of this state without having to resort to removing the batteries.
