I cant get programs I have downloaded onto my pc to the visor. If I do a soft reset before I sync it gets farther, but cant complete the sync. Says it lost connection. It always reads Error 6410. Handspring tech support can't figure it out. PLEASE HELP! running windows 98 usb port. Thanks!
