The other I day (Sunday)I found my Visor Deluxe slipcase on my front lawn all ripped to shreds. Don't Panic......(My original thought was "Oh S_ _ _ ! where's my Visor") It turns out my daughter had decided Barbie needed a black vinyl pouch as part of some fantastic adventure she was involved in and the slipcase seemed to be exactly what she needed. Anyway, although I have two other cases (HS leather and Rhodiana) that I use and like, I felt a little sad that the original case was now in Valhala (sp). At 10:00pm CST I sent an email to HS explaining my sad story wanting to know if I could purchase a replacement. To my surprise I received a reply at 11:00pm from HS stating all they needed was an address and phone number and they would replace it. I sent them the info they requested and voila. A new case is on its way for nothing. WOW! I was very surprised and impressed. From what I've read and experienced, Handspring is making every effort to keep it's customers very happy. And personally I think they're doing a great job.
