Problems with EyeModule 1 on an Edge

I just bought an EyeModule 1 to use with my Edge. This is also my first Springboard module so I am not familiar with how all this works. There are some quirks that I don't understand. I DID download and install the new 3.5 version of the software BTW.

--In the Unfiled catergory, there are two EyeModule icons. One activates the camera when I tap it and the other has a little box over it in the lower right corner that tells me the EyeModule is incompatible when I tap it. It only appears when the module is actually plugged in. I was just figuring that this second weird icon with the box occurs with all springboards?

--I seem to be having trouble hotsyncing with the module plugged in. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm running TechSounds 4.1 and the Shutdown screen flashes whenever I try to sync and it doesn't work. However, I have X-Master set to disable all hacks whenever I sync so I don't know why it does that.
