Two-level Neo backlight problem...

I bought a new Neo today, and it has one small problem. When I got home with it and tried the backlight, it was very dim. But if I gently squeeze the sides, the backlight goes to full brightness. Has anyone else had this problem? I bought their 2-year replacement warranty, so exchanging it is no problem. Should I return it now, or wait until I have a more serious problem with it?

just bring it back the the store. i've never heard of such a problem before.

I returned the defective Neo ang got my money back. I am finally going to buy a Prism this weekend.
