I have a Palm III friend who's particularly proud that he can use his Pilot to reprogram Routers & Switches (part of our job) using a serial cable w/ his palm.

Does the Palm III and Visor have the same serial type connection? Is there a cable I can use? Would the serial Sync Pad work? Could I use his cable???

Nathan, I know that the Visor uses a different connection for the cradle, but I think it might be possible to use the parts of a serial cradle + null modem adapter to attatch serial devices. I might be wrong, though.
