Angry

I received my soundsGood MP3 player last week and installed it with eager anticipation.
Problem:
It worked great for the first 3 days, then all of a sudden it started resetting over and over. I could not get it to run continuously throughout even one song. Then I had to do several resets on my VDX, about 10 in one day---I've NEVER had to reset my VDX even ONCE before this, and I've had mine for over a year. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

The most important thing is make sure the SoundsGood is firmly pushed into the socket. I find on mine if I just push it in most of the way (only fractionally sticking out), I get restarts of the SoundsGood (like I just put it in) or a system lock). Don't be shy - push it on in there.

If that doesn't work - let them know - I'm sure they'd be glad to help you.

Thanks for the reply, but if I push it in anymore I think It'll make the slot deeper than it already is.

Could it be a low battery problem?
