Getting on the internet - Help

I have been trying to get on the internet with my
Visor deluxe.

I got the Xircom 56K Global access.
Then signed up with ATT Global.net (attbusiness.net)
for their basic $5.95 plan. This is not
Worldnet. I believe it's the unit that
they bought from IBM a while back.

Downloaded their ATT dialer for Palm OS
and tried it but I keep getting the msg
"cancelling" before I get to the pw verification
step.

Called ATT global custoemr svc and they said
their dailer supports OS 3.2 on up. With
Visor Deluxe being 3.1 version, they said
their software may not work.

Can this be right ?
I find it hard to believe that with the Deluxe
being the best seller model of all the visor
that nobody out there can access the ATT Global
network with this unit.

I'd appreciate any insight on how you get yours
to work. Thanks. Espcially if you have the
Deluxe using Xircom Springport to connect.

Is there another dialer out there that I
can use ? I'm kinda new to the PDA stuff.
