Yes, but the person may or may not accept PayPal, so if you already have a Paypal account, thats easier.

i've got paypal, but only used it once, i sold a guy something and he paid me that way, i never got the money out though.

Hmm, well, is it still in your account? I don't use PayPal, but I think they can either deposit it in your bank or send you a check.
