The Gadgeteer has a review of Tech Center Lab's new 'TaleLight Vibes' module:

It has a flashing LED as well as vibrating alarm, but doesn't appear to auto-install the necessary software. You have to download 'HandMute' (free - manually switch on/off redirection of alarms) and optionally 'AutoHandMute' ($5 - auto detects insertion of module to redirect alarms). It costs $50 and appears to only come in Graphite.
In comparison, Innogear's Innopak/2V has 2MB of flash memory and a vibrating alarm. It also includes all the software necessary to use both (vibrating alarm 'hack', and file mover app). It costs $45 and comes in Graphite and Ice.
