No LED light also

Hey,

I also do not get an LED light and I have tried to reset and have tried it without the USB connection. ANyone else having the same problems and have fixed it short of returning it for another? Any help is appreciated......

Put it in the cradle with the power supply plugged in the wall and
the cradle. Then do a soft reset. This will reset the charging
circuit inside the Edge. If that doesn't work, return it.
