After listening to my praises of Visor, my wife decided she needs one. It arrives soon. I am perplexed how to accomodate 2 visors on one computer (W98) where each user has different address lists, schedules, etc. I fear routine synching will hopelessly merge our individual records. I searched this forum, Visor Manual, Palm OS, MS site, even asked the family geek. No luck. Seems all the development work goes the other way - sharing files rather than segregating. Anyone have a suggestion?
I tried separate user profiles in W98. They still use the common *.pst file in Outlook 2000. I created a separate *.pst file in O2000 but cannot get the application to use it. Even if I did manage to get O2000 to see that *.pst file, what would the Palm OS use when synching? We use Outlook w/o email so that's not a problem.
Alan, does this qualify as a need rather than a want? I hope so.
