My visor is stuck in its cradle. I assume that this is attributable to some element of its design. What's the purpose behind it being "locked" in the cradle? How do you remove the visor from its cradle when it's firmly stuck in place? The small rather skimpy instruction booklet that comes with the product appears to say nothing about this.

There is a little "tab" on the cradle that fits into the back of the Visor in order to keep the docking connector firmly seated. When new, this can cause the Visor to appear to be "stuck". Gently pull the Visor forward as you remove it from the cradle. This will release the tab from the back. Over time, this gets easier and pretty soon you won't even realize it's there.

The complete "Visor Handheld User Guide" is on the software CD and was probably installed on your computer. Click on "Start" & in programs look for "Palm Desktop" then "User Guide". It seems to be quite complete. I hate trying to read instruction manuels on a computer so I took my CD to Kinko's and had the user guide printed. Cost less than $20 for the 273 pages, then I put it in a 3 ring binder.
