I ordered a MiniJam on August 7.
It came at the end of October.
Granted, I was a less than pleased customer. What do I find out next? It doesn't work. First of all, the MiniJam thought that it had a 32mg MMC card when it was really a 64mg. I formatted it the right way, and then it still didn't work. When I tried to move files onto the MiniJam, the screen went nuts and froze up. The only way to get out of it was to soft reset. I tried every single upgrade the offered (I'm on a macintosh), but it still didn't work. On Friday, I sent it back.
On Tuesday, I got a new one.
It didn't work.
This time however, when I installed the updater (v1.04), this screen went nuts again, and no number of resets was going to fix it. I was angered. So, with a deft flick of the tip of my stylus and the power button (sob...) I wiped poor blue's memory.
When I tried to sync it back, nothing happened. The info won't go back onto my visor, but it remains painfully on my iMac.
On Wednesday, I returned my MiniJam.
Again.
Has anybody else had this problem? I'm pissed!
...But now I have an extra $270 to buy DVDs with...
Also, how do I get all of my data back onto my visor?
