 Question Doubled Tasks after Hotsync

Everytime i enter a new task in my Visor then hotsyncing it and then marking the task as complete else in Outlook2000 or in my Visor and then hotsyncing again this task i entered is displayed double on both devices(one marked ready and the other not ready).
Can anybody help me with this problem?
