HELP! Can't Synch My Deluxe with Win 2000

I just upgraded my laptop OS to Windows 2000. However, I now am unable to synch my Visor Deluxe through the USB cradle. The synch software seems to be installed correctly, but nothing doing with regard to launching the synch operation. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on what is going on and how to solve it?

Make sure you're running the latest HotSync software from Handspring. Also, goto Handspring Support and look at all the info regarding Windows 2000. I'm sure you'll find the help you need.

I'm having the same problem, with my USB cradle. I upgraded to 2000 from my old system with 95 and a serial cradle.

I've downloaded and installed the latest version of Palm Desktop. I've followed the "why can't I synchronize my handheld with my desktop?" FAQ on the Handspring website and it's still not syncing ("The connection between your handheld computer and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again.") And yeah, the cradle is plugged in...

Any suggestions? Thanks...
