Question Backup data lost?

My Prism got into a reset loop and I had to perform a hard reset to get out of it. My Backup Module was in the springboard slot and when I tried to restore my last backup I got an error that said "This backup module does not contain any data."

Does this mean that everything on this module was lost or is there a way for Handspring to get that data back?

I'm in a world of hurt here because my home computer is on the blitz, so I've been solely relying on my Backup Module for saving my data.

Any help would be most appreciated!

Unhappy Data is gone.

Looks like your data that was in the Backup module is gone.
Hard to say what happened, but whatever caused the reset loop may have affected the module.

Always keep the Backup module separate and insert it only when you backup.

The plastic Gameboy covers hold springboard modules very nicely.
