The GetHighTech faceplates

Are these faceplates snap on or are they unscrew visor, remove front, screw on new front? Because I noticed that the area below my power button has 2 small cracks near it.

Faceplates

The replacements are a remove current faceplate, use new faceplate. I have a original ice faceplate where the posts on the inside are snapped off. I keep toying with the idea of getting a replacement faceplate, but gethightech doesn't have the colors I want.
