It will be the best $250 you've ever spent. Which when you compare that to say buying a paper organizer (not a cheapy...rather something like a FranklinCovey, nice) you would spend more than that and not even come close to the capabilities of a Visor Deluxe.

Absolutely. You'll never regret the purchase. They really do work and become quite addictive.

No doubt. Once you start using a Palm device (Visor's probably best bargain going right now), you'll get hooked. I broke my trusty Palm Pro a few weeks ago, and the wait for my Visor has been killing me (not just because of techno-lust, but plain old dis-organization without it).

You *must* order one right away! It'll clear up your acne and your bad breath and give you the sleek muscular physique you've always wanted. Plus, horny babes (of whatever gender(s) you prefer) will throw themselves at you whenever you use it.
Seriously, though, I got a PalmPilot when they first came out in '96 and haven't regretted once. My life got a lot more organized when I started using it.

Another vote in the "must buy" category. I, too, sought the advice of veteran users on a message board, but I got only limited response. I went ahead and bought a Palm III, and I have since bought a IIIx (which is currently for sale . I would sum up my Palm device with one word:
indispensable!

Yes with the understanding that to truely make it your own you'll have to customize the software...additional expense but very minimal...to make it really fit your functional desires.
Also the games are pretty cool when you're waiting for whatever!

However, applications for virtually every purpose are available shareware or freeware. That's the nice thing about a strong development community!
